2026 – 2027 Registration

Registration for the 2026–27 academic year is now open.

​

When completing the enquiry form, please select your child’s year group for September 2026 and the subject you are interested in. Available class times will then be shown where we currently have classes and availability.

If no available time appears, this means that we either do not currently offer that class or there is no availability at present. You may still submit an enquiry, and we will contact you if a place becomes available or if there is enough demand to open an additional class.

Places are usually offered on a first come, first served basis. However, preference may be given to existing and returning HEMA Tutorial families.

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly, as this is how we will contact you. We also recommend checking your junk or spam folder after submitting your enquiry.

​

Please submit only one enquiry form per child. Submitting multiple enquiries for the same child may cause delays and may affect our ability to offer a place.

​

You should hear back within 2 weeks if we are able to make a provisional offer. Any provisional offer must be accepted by the deadline stated in the offer email. A place is not confirmed until the offer has been accepted.

By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and that you consent to HEMA Tutorial contacting you by email about this enquiry. All places are offered subject to HEMA Tutorial’s Terms and Conditions.

Classes are £20 per session, payable monthly in advance. Classes are usually non-transferable or refundable, with working being emailed if a student missing a class. Some year groups have a weekly fixed online class, which students can attend instead of (Year 5 through to Year 11).
